How do I apply to speak at MDMC26?
The call for speakers is now closed.
We are always looking for new speakers each year though and would love for you to apply for MDMC27. The call for speakers for 2027 should begin around November. Please make sure to subscribe to our email list to be notified when our next call for speakers goes live.

Are there any hotels offering special conference rates?
This year's conference venue and official hotel partner is The Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel (Marriott).

What is the refund policy?
You may cancel your ticket purchase UP TO 2 WEEKS prior the conference (April 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST) when all plans must be finalized on our end. In doing so, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less a 20% administration fee.
If you cancel after April 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST, you will receive a 30% refund of the purchase price or you can transfer your ticket to another person with our notification. Please realize costs for events at this scale are extremely high. Contact info@bestmarketingconference.com if you need a refund or wish to transfer your ticket to someone else.
What is the MDMC code of conduct?
Midwest Digital Marketing Conference is committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all participants at all conference venues and conference-related social events. All sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors, vendors, staff and other participants must respect common sense rules for public behavior, respecting others, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Physical, written, verbal or other abuse, intimidation, bullying, threats, harassment, stalking, or use of any physical force whatsoever against any person, which in any way creates a disturbance, that is disruptive or dangerous, or creates apprehension in a person, as determined by Midwest Digital Marketing Conference, in their sole discretion, will not be tolerated. Midwest Digital Marketing Conference reserves the right to revoke, without refund, the badge of any attendee not in compliance with this Code of Conduct.
