HOW TO APPLY TO BE A SPEAKER


If you HAVE attended MDMC since 2021 or already created an account, please follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your MDMC account Click Here
  2. Go to your Abstracts Dashboard Click Here
  3. Select the Green +Submit Abstracts button
  4. Make sure to fill out all the fields on the form before submitting. You can submit now or save your form entry and submit at a later date.


If you have NOT attended MDMC or do not have an account, please follow these instructions:

  1. Create an Account by clicking on "Apply to Speak"
  2. Go to your Abstracts Dashboard Click Here
  3. Select the Green +Submit Abstracts button
  4. Make sure to fill out all the fields on the form before submitting. You can submit now or save your form entry and submit at a later date.



Here are a few tips for submitting your session:

  • The title of your session is the first impression for Conference Attendees. Use a concise and descriptive title that clearly conveys what you will be presenting and draws attention to your topic. A great session title can be a major factor in filling your room.
  • Your session abstract will tell Conference Attendees why they should attend your session. To be effective and create interest, it should provide a clear and concise description of your presentation's content.
  • If your session is a case study, please briefly describe the challenge you were looking to address, objectives of the project, the plan for implementing the new technology/strategy/process, how long it took and lessons learned.


All session abstracts must be received no later than November 22, 2025.

Applicants will receive updates on the status of submissions via email. Speakers will be notified by January 9, 2026 regarding whether their session was chosen.

If you are a marketing professional and have valuable tips, tricks or advice to share - please submit a proposal. We are looking for interesting stories and powerful case studies on a variety of topics.

What type of session formats do we have planned for MDMC?

If you are proposing a session that is "unconventional" or doesn't quite fit in the categories below, please provide as much detail as possible in your abstract submission. We are open to new and exciting session structures, styles, or formats!

  • Masterclasses - (2 hours) - Workshop style with hands-on learning and deep dives.
  • Roundtables - (80 minutes) - Expert insights and advice in a structured discussion; includes high audience participation.
  • Breakouts - (50 minutes) - Presentations (Solo or Partner), Fireside Chats, or Debates; includes Q&A at the end.
